By accessing or using AIKapoy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms apply to both the web app and the browser extension experience.

Service nature and output responsibility
AIKapoy is an assistance product for chat, reply, summarize, rewrite, prompt, and analyze workflows. It does not auto-send messages for you. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding how to use any generated output.
Accounts, sessions, and security
You are responsible for account credentials, connected extension installs, and session security. AIKapoy may revoke or expire sessions to protect service integrity and user safety.
Acceptable use
You may not use AIKapoy for unlawful conduct, abuse, fraud, harassment, spam, malware, rights violations, or attempts to disrupt or bypass technical controls. You must comply with applicable laws and platform rules.
Plans, quota, and token-metered overflow
AIKapoy may apply plan-based quotas, request windows, queue lanes, and token-metered overflow charging. Free and Pro capabilities can differ (for example search availability, priority lane, and dashboard-open limits). Published pricing and plan details govern active entitlements.
Billing and top-up wallet
Subscriptions, one-time purchases, and wallet top-ups are processed through LemonSqueezy. Charges, taxes, refunds, reversals, and billing disputes are handled according to provider rules, applicable law, and AIKapoy billing records.
Third-party services
AIKapoy relies on third-party providers for AI generation, web search, authentication, messaging, and payments. Service quality may depend on those providers, and their terms may apply to parts of the workflow.
Availability, changes, and suspension
We may update, pause, or discontinue features at any time, including limits, pricing presentation, and product flows. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risk, non-payment, or legal compliance requirements.
Disclaimers and liability limits
AIKapoy is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free output. To the extent permitted by law, AIKapoy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Updates to these terms
We may revise these Terms over time. Material updates are reflected by the Last updated date. Continued use of AIKapoy after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
